Dr. Sarah Schroeder was born and raised in Pacific Palisades, CA. She has over 15 years experience in physical therapy, soft tissue massage and chiropractic. She did her undergraduate studies at University of California Santa Barbara in 1995 and has a bachelors degree in Human Biology. She received her Physical Therapy Assistant Degree and Massage Therapy Degree as well. Dr. Schroeder went on to receive her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College December of 2005.
She prescribes individual chiropractic treatment that may include one on one therapeutic pilates, deep tissue massage and weight training. Her philosophy is less adjustments and more of a focus on strengthening and flexibility, in order for each individual to feel independent and empowered.
